| Features of product MLC(multifunctional light concrete) owns the features of light in weight and high in strength, heat and sound insulating, fire and moisture proof, high integrity, durable and environmental. MLC series of products can be made on spot with integral cast, gravity conduit or conduct by pump, natural maintenance, convenient in construction. Also, MLC can be pre-made into blocks or certain shapes for construction use. The usual density of MLC products is as low as 15-30% of common concrete product, this may dramatically reduce the deadweight of architectures and thus facilitate construction design. Comparing with several usual heat preserving material and stuffing material, MLC has the following advantages: *comparing with expanded perlite concrete, heat conductivity 20-50% lower, compressive strength 2-3 times higher, water absorption 70% lower. *comparing with sintered aggregate concrete, slag concrete, heat conductivity 70% lower, water absorption 50-60% lower. *comparing with polystyrene materials for heat preserving and stuffing purpose, cost 50% lower. |
