| Product introduction MLC(multifunctional light concrete) is a new type of energy saving and environmental building material based upon Australian Technology. Owning the features of high-performance, multifunction and practicability, its higher performance over light-backbone-concrete and common aerated concrete has been proved along with its expanding application in construction projects in Australia, America, UK, and Canada. MLC adopts Portland cement (or sulphate aluminium cement, MO2 cement) as cementing material, activated silicon or calcareous material( such as fly ash, gypsum, diatomite) as backbone material, and cationic surfactant as foam agent. After solidification process, foam will form plenty of close and neat cells like air bubble, which will reduce density and heat conductivity, enhance heat resistance and sound insulation. According to requirement other materials can also be added (such as, sand, fly ash, sintered aggregate, detritus, polystyrene granule, expanded perlite, etc.) to make high strength light concrete or super-light concrete. |
